This location is actually a Fair distance from my home, but I drive because I needed affordable space, which was clean, secure, and accessible. The pricing here was very fair, the management is very nice to work with, and the place is always spotless. I have never seen a bug or any other unwelcome creature and I feel like it’s one of the best rentals I’ve ever had a rental facility.
Not sure what Ms. Shannon Stepney is saying. The lady at the front desk set my online account up for me. Told me all the ways I could pay and even stated if I had trouble paying online to call and they’d help. My husband and I had a great experience. I was behind you Ms. Shannon so you are really wrong on the lady at the desk. She did state that sometimes the website is down and not only that we received a welcome email stating how to set your account up for online pay. So don’t throw her under the bus when she and the man there were very thorough with things. Thank you Rachel and Lee for all the information we are pleased to be apart of the family.
