I've been a customer of this facility for about 5 years now and I've never had such a problem with the entrance system, work hours or employees.
All 3 floor levels are spotless, both elevator really clean and always working, No rats, No insects and Never bad smell.
The employees at this location always welcoming and respectful, specially Dana she have been working there since I started renting at this location, she's really a sweet heart always in a good mood and really helpful.
Overall they have the most accessible prices and location.
I personally recommend 9.5/10
24hours accessibility its all is missing to be a 10/10.

The facilities are really clean and organized. Dayna is super helpful, if you go- just as for her!!! Overall the best storage experience I’ve had in NY!
By far. The best, well kept, professional, courteous location. That I have ever experienced. You've tried the rest. Now try the best. Oh and did I mention. They are always on time. Thorough with pertinent information that needs to be addressed prior to any disruption in services and or access to this location.
Thank you Goodfriend storage for the amazing service. The place is huge, convenient, decent prices and most importantly clean. Staff was amazing or should I say Suzette was amazing she was so patient with us, nice, catered to our every need and really knew her stuff. We didn’t feel like we were being jerked around she was very genuine. Thank you Suzette and and thank you Goodfriend for having staff that care.
