Have been a customer here for 2.5 years. It is staffed daily, video-monitored, and climate controlled facility with discounts available. Two loading docks available (one raised for elevated truck beds and one at ground level, ample number of dollies to move too and from units. Best thing about the place is the super helpful staff. Formerly acorn, now “cubesmart” with an app that actually works for monthly payment by card. Multiple types of units on multiple floors, two working freight elevators (4500 lbs capacity) in a convenient location, and competitive pricing. Highly recommend to friends and family.
Being a first time renter my experience working with Thien to rent a storage container was great. He was knowledgeable, attentive and pleasant. His explanation about the process was thorough. Also, the facility was was clean. Highly recommended.
