    Absolutely valuable for long term leasing. Very nice and patient service even I said I just want take a look and then when I say the storage 5*10, I got it right away. Because I planned to go somewhere else. But eventually the rate would be the same after 4 or 6 months. And they also offer 1 year prepaid with 4 extra months for free it’s like additional 4 months after a year. The staffs were very nice both Spanish and English service. Very punctual and clear with the information they provide.

    So I don’t usually write reviews about businesses but I’ve been at this Value Store It for about 6 years now and the staff has always been great. However, prices increasing every 6 months has added up over time and I’d suggest industry wide consistency. Regardless, this location is constantly kept clean, staff is friendly and sometimes that is more important than a rent increase. Balance your Value.

    Went to the office having questions to size and availability. Annelly was very nice and courteous, answered all my questions and showed me various units. Great Customer Service, moving can always be a hassle but she made it a great experience !
